One holiday tradition I found myself starting was sending out Christmas cards. Last year, I bought Christmas cards to send via snail mail to friends and family. This year, I opted to send a personalized digiscrapped photograph of our family with our holiday greetings to friends' mailboxes instead.
Have you ever wondered whether the mailman gets to hand over the card personally to the recipients, or had to slip it instead in their residential mailboxes? Or commercial mailboxes, in cases where you sent it to their company address?
I'm just wondering out loud on who gets to be first witness in the delight friends and family felt over a piece of mail... my piece of mail.
