Hubs' cousin has just recently gotten married and they are torn between buying their own place (they are currently renting a condo) or investing in a vacation home. Since they're from New Jersey, I directed them to a website about Sea Isle City rentals which I found while surfing the web.

Am sure, that website comes up first when someone googles for "city rentals sea isle" so I guess i'd just wish them luck. Hopefully, I was able to help them come up with a decision.
