Backtrack to the time we were already saying goodbye to each other at Carlo's Pizza, I teased them that before, they were content on seeing each other once a year. But then, they all got married and started having kids... so we started seeing more of each other on baptisms and birthdays. And the yearend/Christmas party. And the occasional despedida party.
But it's really great. I have adopted hubs' HS friends as my own, and it helps that us wives like each other too that we actually chat more now. Invites to events are sent to our accounts too. :)
So, anyway, we all met up at that major Shell stop of SCTEX and went to Nasugbu, Batangas via Tagaytay. We had lunch at Kainan sa Dalampasigan. I was worried, at first, that our Yakee was the only big boy but the girls didn't attempt to discriminate the entire weekend. So, he had super fun because he had playmates the entire time :)
debating on what to order
Yamee's almost 5 months here
Yakee refused to stop running around long enough for a supposedly great GINOO photo opportunity

We checked in at Canyon Cove at around 2 PM and mandated that all the kids take naps. Our Yakee couldn't from the excitement of it all so we decided to just let him have his way with the pool and the new place... and deal with tantrums later. Weirdly enough, he was pretty manageable the entire weekend. I guess fresh air really does him good.
inside our room
even Yamee was happy
we couldn't button this romper in his crotch area anymore, boo-hoo
before swimming in the cold pool, with the frigid wind blowing
the advantage of an infant... he can/will sleep anywhere, however which way

a test of patience, these beautiful kids
it's generally hubs and Pappie and, me and Yamee :) so he gets more pictures taken
productive brood, eh?
oh gosh talaga, good luck to us for these batch of kiddos
a last attempt for a Milkaholic pic, since the boys are outgrowing their shirts
haha... we loved the Mang Inasal free soup so much, we ate there again for lunch the following day
We now have so many half-baked plans to go to sooooo many other places. Our kids are cementing an already 18-year long (at least) friendship. And we really look forward to our kiddos growing up together and being each other's best of friends too.
